A website that gets found, reads well, and gives people a reason to call.
Built on WordPress, designed around your brand, structured so search engines can read it and written so visitors act. Most sites fail at one of those three.
Most small business websites are brochures. That’s the problem.
A site can look perfectly nice and still do nothing. It loads slowly on a phone. It never appears in a search. It describes the business without ever telling a visitor what to do next.
A website has three jobs: get found, be understood quickly, and move someone toward contacting you. Design is how it does those jobs, not a substitute for them.
I plan the strategy and structure, my development team builds the pages, and I check every one before it reaches you.
What’s included
Strategy and planning — what pages you need, what each one has to accomplish, and how visitors move between them
Design matched to your brand, or a brand direction built with you if you don’t have one
Built on WordPress with best-in-class tools, so you’re never locked into a platform you can’t leave
Mobile-first, because that’s where most of your visitors are
Search foundations built in — page structure, titles, descriptions, speed, and clean code from day one
Clear calls to action on every page, so no visitor reaches a dead end
Contact forms, maps, booking, or whatever else your business runs on
A walkthrough so you can update your own content afterward if you want to
How it works
Discovery
What you sell, who buys it, and what the site has to do for the business.
Plan
Page structure, content requirements, and what each page needs to accomplish. You approve this before anything is built.
Content
Copy written, images sourced, everything ready before design starts.
Build
My team builds the pages. You see progress and give feedback along the way.
Launch
Testing, search setup, analytics, and going live. Then it’s yours.
Keeping it running
A website isn’t finished at launch. Software needs updating, things break, and the site needs to stay fast and secure.
I host with an industry-leading WordPress provider, update software weekly, back up nightly, and can roll back to an earlier version if something goes wrong. Hosting with me also covers the annual license fees for the plugins and software your site is built on, which usually costs more than the hosting does.
Who this is for
Businesses whose site is more than four or five years old, doesn’t work properly on a phone, can’t be updated without calling someone, or simply doesn’t look like a business anyone would trust with real money.
If your site is structurally sound and just needs better content and search work, say so on the call. I’ll tell you if a redesign is unnecessary and point you at the SEO Trio instead.

Common questions
How long does it take?
Six to ten weeks for most sites. The part that usually slows it down is content, so the sooner you get me photos and information the better.
Do I own the site?
Entirely. It’s built on WordPress and you can move it to any host at any time. Nothing about this is designed to trap you.
Can I update it myself afterward?
Yes, and I’ll show you how. Most clients handle their own text and photo changes and call me for anything structural.
What about the content?
Included. I write the page copy as part of the build, with your input on anything only you would know.
Let’s look at what you have now.
Book a call and I’ll go through your current site with you and tell you honestly whether it needs replacing or just needs work.
