Find out what’s actually broken before you spend another dollar fixing it.
A full look at your website, your search visibility, and the marketing you’re already paying for. You get back a written plan telling you what to fix, in what order, and what it should cost.
You’re probably not underspending. You’re spending on the wrong thing first.
Almost every business I assess is already doing marketing. There’s a website. There’s an agency invoice, or a nephew who does the social, or a folder of half-finished ideas. The money is going somewhere.
The problem is that nobody has ever looked at the whole thing at once and said: this is the piece that’s costing you, and this is the piece to fix first.
That’s what this is. It isn’t a sales call with a report attached. It’s the actual diagnostic work, and the plan you get is yours whether or not you ever hire me for anything else.
What I look at
Eight areas, checked against the same standards I used inside corporate marketing departments.Website and technical SEO — speed, mobile experience, broken links, indexing, and everything keeping Google from reading your site properly
Rankings and search performance — where you rank now, what your search traffic is doing, and what you could rank for but don’t
Traffic and tracking — where your visitors come from, and whether anything is actually measuring your calls, forms, and sales
Authority and backlinks — your site’s authority in Google’s eyes, and who links to you compared to who should
Online profiles — a high-level review of your Google Business Profile and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.): complete, branded, and active
Competitor snapshot — two or three competitors’ rankings, authority, and reviews, side by side with yours
Reputation — your review count and average rating against the businesses you compete with
Conversion quick-pass — whether your key pages have a clear call to action, a visible phone number, and forms that work
What you get
Four things, all of them yours to keep.A written assessment in plain language — a full inventory of your marketing: what exists, what’s missing, and what order to fix it
A prioritized action plan — what to do first, second, and third, and what to ignore for now
Budget ranges for each recommendation, so you can decide what’s realistic this year

How it works
Kickoff call
Forty-five minutes. What you sell, who buys it, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re hoping changes.
Access
You give me read access to your website, analytics, and any marketing accounts. I handle the rest.
The work
About two weeks. I run the audits, pull the search and competitor data, and write the plan.
Walkthrough
We go through the findings together and I answer questions. You keep the document.
Who this is for
This is the right starting point if you’re paying for marketing you can’t evaluate, if you’re about to spend real money and want a second opinion first, or if you’ve been told conflicting things by three different vendors.
It’s the wrong purchase if you already know exactly what you need and just want it built. In that case skip this and go straight to the package that covers it.

A small first project. You see how I work, I learn your business, and the plan is yours to keep either way.
Common questions
Do I have to buy anything else afterward?
No. The plan is written so another provider could execute it, or so you could do it yourself. Plenty of people take it and run.
How long does it take?
About two weeks from the day I get access.
What if the answer is that my marketing is fine?
Then I’ll tell you that, and you’ll have saved yourself a retainer. It hasn’t happened often.
